Youths and agriculture: Cameroon on the offensive

The second session of the committee piloting the programme for the promotion of youth agro pastoral entrepreneurship has opened this March 30, 2016, in Yaounde.

The Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development and that of Livestock, Fisheries and Animal Industries are chairing the session.

In the meantime, the Speaker of the National Assembly, Hon Cavaye Yeguie Djibril is on a three-day visit to the West Region.

During the visit, the National Assembly Speaker will launch the third edition of an information and training programme for youths in agro pastoral activities.

Hon Cavaye Yeguie Djibril is heading a delegation of over 100 Members of Parliament of a youth parliamentary network known as Esperance Jeunesse.
