A 26-year-old lady called Lynda Tchouangang has been killed by the father of her twins. This tragic event occurred on Thursday April 2, 2015 in Douala at the Tergal neighbourhood.
A neighbour Alex who witnessed the tragedy recounted that Moussa came to visit the deceased on Thursday morning at 7am but immediately started an argument.
Soon after, a cry of distress was heard from the victim. Residents rushed to the scene only to find Lynda stabbed in the throat. Unfortunately, she died before arriving at the hospital.
Moussa later attempted to commit suicide with the same knife but was unsuccessful.
He is currently detained at the 8th police district in Douala. According to police reports, Lynda used to live with Moussa but the relationship did not last leading to a separation after they had a set of twins.
Moussa relocated to Yagoua, got married to a Muslim but that relationship did not work out. He came back to his old love to seek reconciliation but got violent after Lynda turned down the offer leading to the argument that led to her death.
