ESIR arrest gang of criminals in Kousseri

The arrested include Katchala Sale (33years), Mohamadou Aminou (38years) and Youssouf Abdoulaye (21years). They were part of a gang of criminals who committed a burglary in a place popularly referred to as "Dry Class Laundry" in the Ngoumati district.

These criminals used pliers to cut the wire nets of the window of the building. After, they had assaulted the night watchman, they made away with valuables in this structure.

When the information got to the Central Commissioner of the town of Kousseri, the Commissioner of Police Zacharie Owona Atangana immediately deployed the special teams for rapid Interventions (ESIR). Under the command of the Police officer's of first Grade Richard Dimissike Debina, and through the free collaboration of people, the criminals were arrested.

During this police operation several stolen objects were seized and some were recognised by the owners. Seized items included two laptops, an amplifier, five speakers, clothing and three carpets. They were transferred to the Central Office in Kousseri, where an investigation has been initiated.
