Employer accuses staff of stealing air conditioners

Jean Paul N., businessman of about 54 years living in Paris, has accused his employee Guy T., technician, of theft as he maintains that the accused has stolen his air conditioners.

According to the reports on July 14, the young officer was asked to install a total of 77 air conditioners in a hotel under construction. While he was in his yard, the complainant noticed that 4 of the air conditioners were missing. He immediately suspected Guy T of the missing devices; the case is now in court.

On Tuesday, August 19, Jean Paul N. revealed having seen his employee moving out of the yard with a vehicle loaded with cartons. The accused however denied having stolen anything.

And according to him, he had received two empty boxes from his employer for personal use. During this hearing, a group of employees of the said residence testified against the suspected thief. The final verdict will be pronounced on September 14, 2014.
