Hairdresser accuses girl of giving her counterfeit bank note

Hairdresser accused a girl Thursday, August 14, 2014 in Ebolowa of having given her a counterfeit 10,000 CFA FRANCS. According to the complainant, the lady came to her saloon to dress her hair and after the treatments; the accused gave her of 10,000 CFA FRANCS, who then reimbursed the sum of 7,500 CFA FRANCS.

While making account of the day on her return home, the hairdresser realized that the single 10,000 FCFA, she would have received during the day was counterfeit. The same evening, she called the accused, who according to her own testimony was a loyal customer of the salon.

The hairdresser informed her that the money she gave her was counterfeit but the accused objected saying that she delivered a real note of 10,000 CFA FRANCS to the hairdresser.

Thursday, August 14, 2014, the two girls were unable to agree on the origin of the fake ticket. The case is still under investigation at the police station.
