Notorious robber nabbed in military Camp

Lapa N., a notorious criminal was yesterday arrested and detained after stealing a 52 inches flat panel TV screen, a Samsung cell phone and other valuables from the apartment of the Chief of the Military Camp (Camp Pondi) in Bepanda around the area fondly referred to as “Trois Morts”.

The robber who eventually collaborated with the police to recover the stolen items that same night claim that he was a hired bike rider and not a thief.

According to police report, they were two in number and gained access into the house through the bathroom window. Lapa is currently helping with investigation on how to track down the runaway bugler.
