Health Department recruitment was a disappointment, Ministry should sit up

The Ministry of Higher Education in Cameroon gave an award of 50000FCFA to final year students which was a good approach to recognise academic excellence for more than 3000 students.

After a short while the Ministry of Public Service launched the recruitment of 50 health technicians without specifying the various departments.

To our greatest surprise, questions were set the same day because of confusion in the examination hall.

How do young graduates evaluate the standard of the exams?

Secondly results came out after 6months for no reasons.

Thirdly how can somebody in a different field interview someone in a different field?

Young Cameroonians who are professionals are very confused with old school of thought and their new school of thought which gears towards emerging nation 2035 vision.
