Realising the need to be organized

Thu, 27 Nov 2014 Source: Derrick Amankwah

For the past months I have been doing numerous research concerning organization and research in itself, well upon getting this far i have noticed that the meaning of the word "Organization" is not a thing considered in our African societies at all.We are a beautiful people who tend to suffer at the hands of our own irresponsibility and laziness.

I am a learner and an observer and this is why i am publishing this to my blog,so that all the lovers of reading and enthusiasts of development will get to know they are not alone in the cause for good of Africa. Ghana like many African countries is blessed and has fruitfulness at various areas of it's features, but the nation needs to be organized and certain mentalities should be wiped out of our behavioural pattern so that success can avail itself in our daily dealings.

The political insanity of the 21st century seems to have taken a huge part of our concentration and this is making us sway away from the responsibilty of taking over the mantle of catering for our own wellness and wellbeing as a nation.Regardless of the peace we enjoy,we are suffering under speedy economic decline and this is due to our refusal to see what is good for us and for our existence.People are dieing every now and then in hospitals due to malaria,a disease that should have not been able to relinquish a single soul amongst us,where are those cheap mosquitoe nets?where is the education on the use of lotion mosquitoe repelants?

We are a people and we need to be our people's keeper, in the sense that we see to the wellbeing of the neighbour and treat each other with care and love.

Selfishness has taken over our very existence and we seek not to change our ways because we are seekers of sole benefit and the idea of a worry free society has completely left us and our thinking.Let us rise up and build an ultimate African land which will set as an example to others, let us be the first African land to go green in peace and not in pieces.

For we are a people and a people is not many but one.
