Terrorism is naturally a conscience issue!

Terrorism has become the bane of global social order. We all know terrorism as the use of violence, shooting and bombing to obtain political and religious demands. Most people perceive terrorism as a military, political, religious and economic issue, but I perceive terrorism as a Conscience Issue!

You have to realise that the state of a conscience is what breeds terrorism and not a military, political, religious or economic state. For the latter are only methods or tools for the execution of a conscience's dictate. That is why all efforts into combating terrorism appear to be retrogressing or even failing. Because we are virtually fighting terrorism through or tackling the methods or tools, i.e. the signs, and not that conscience, i.e. the disease. However, these efforts have made some strides which are commendable.

Moreover, it is said that "The conscience is the highest human court," but I say "The conscience is the best human preacher and teacher." Both quotes prove that terrorism is naturally a Conscience Issue. What is the difference between marginalised but "law-abiding" individuals and terrorists? The former have "good conscience" (I use this advisedly and superficially), but the latter have "weak, corrupt and dead conscience".

Therefore, it is unjustifiable to say that terrorists are compelled to react in such despicable manner because they are marginalised. This is because there are many others who find themselves in such and even worse marginalisation but still do not react barbarously. Though I do not dispute the fact that every individual is naturally self-defensive!

So the product of the terrorists' weak, corrupt and dead conscience is terrorism through a camouflage for politics, religion and economy. I quote that "Aggression through terrorism is a camouflage for weak, corrupt and dead conscience through politics, religion and economy."

Lastly, the Best Way to fight and even avoid increasing terrorists is Conscience Management, Training and Development through personal and external means in morality, culture, security, law, job creation etc.
