A young man commits suicide in Logpom, Douala

The lifeless body of Julius Youdom, 22 years old, was found in one of the rooms of the family home to Logpom Wednesday, September 10.

According to police sources, one of his sisters made the discovery, while the young man was thought missing since the previous evening. The body was found on the floor in a room.

According to our source, Julius had a used syringe in the pocket. The life of this boy failed four years ago, shortly after obtaining his bachelor in Douala. He manifested the desire to pursue his studies at Ngoa-Ekelle (University of Yaounde I), but he returns three months after, in turmoil: he said he could see people around him. His parents made a quest for prayers.

After prayers, periods of calm a return of crises was fading. In 2012, he seemed to go better, and resumed his studies in a higher institute in Douala. But he stopped last December and passed most of his time at home.

Return home Tuesday evening, the father of Julius requested his where about but nobody knew exactly where he was.

They launched a search, and he was finally found dead in a room on the floor.
