The incident occurred recently during the change of command between the outgoing and incoming D.Os of Bagangte.
On Monday, April 25, 2016, at the Bangangte grandstand, the podium was full during the assumption of Joseph Andre Eyebe Eyebe as new D.O replacing Charles Gall. Oumarou Haman Wabi, the S.D.O of the Nde collapsed while reading his speech during the change of command ceremony between the D.Os.
