Break in transmission lines disrupts electricity supply in Eneo

The S.A. informs its customers in Douala that its equipment have developed a problem, as a result of a break in transmission lines linking Edéa/Magombé-Logbaba N ° 1 and Logbaba-Bassa N ° 2.

The supply of electrical energy will be disrupted between 11h 07pm and 1H30 pm in the following districts; Ndogapssi, Yassa, Nyalla, Ngodi Bakoko, Deido, Akwa North, Bonamoussadi, Makepe, Logpom, Beedi, Cité Des Palmiers, Pk8 16 and neighbouring areas.

Despite the bad weather which is partly responsible for the incident, technical teams will be able to fully restore the power system of these neighbourhoods soon.

Committed emergency team are working on the reactivation of the lines from Logbaba-Bassa. On Edéa/Magombé-Logbaba line, teams are currently working to restore the link.

Eneo Cameroon expresses its sincere apologies to affected customers and reassured them of its commitment to stabilize the electrical service in these areas.
