Buea Transport Delegation Burgled

The South West Regional Delegation of Transport was burgled in the night breaking Wednesday 21 August, 2013 by yet to be identified hoodlums carting away machines and other valuables estimated at FCFA 3.2 million.

According to Police sources, two computer monitors used for the production of Drivers' licences and other car documents were stolen. The bandits reportedly also made away with a flat screen television and a flat screen computer from the office of the stores accountant.

The thieves are said to have cut off the window protectors thereby gaining access into the building. Officers of the Buea Judicial Police have opened investigation to unearth the perpetrators.
