The ceremony of procurement and control was launched Tuesday in Bertoua by the Governor. Just days after the launch of the public investment Budget, the programming of public procurement has also been launched in the eastern region.
Governor Samuel Dieudonné Ivaha Diboua conducted on January 13, the launch of the activities of procurement and control of market projects in the region.
They intend to make things advance at a fast pace for the sole purpose of improving the quality of consumption of the PIB, with procurement and control of some 478 localized projects in the East this year.
The Director-general of infrastructure markets, at the ministry of public procurement, Mr Ndongo, head of mission, explained that this ceremony was in response to concerns of the markets and thus intended to allow for optimal, effective and rapid execution.
He recalled the irreversible Dynamics taken by this Department, in the direction to rectify the mistakes of the past. For him, "now, records of tenders must be respected and letter served to the owners and masters of delegated works to achieve this objective. Market projects thus are expected to be performed at 100% this year", he stressed.
