Forest plunder in Mbam and kim; Melimvi populations rely on the head of State

After the denunciation by the populations of the East - South of the Borough of Yoko area, for looting of their forests by Italian society Sim, without any real action for the development of their villages, the head of Melimvi and his chiefs wrote to the prefect of the Mbam asking among other things the president of the Republic to intervene to halt the looting of their forests without a return of elevator for local residents.

Facing 'the incompetent and corrupt bureaucracy' which railed vehement against the poor peasants of the Melimvi village in Mbam and Kim, the people have confided to denounce the injustices they suffer in logging in this region led by the industrial society of Mbang (Sim).

The head of Melimvi, Mbôôh Pierre now and his chiefs were sent to the high authorities of Cameroon, a petition on this situation. They demanded from the high authorities of Cameroon immediate intervention "so that society Sim and the elites of Yoko who are behind this company comply with the rules.
