Government Teachers Training College, GTTC, Akwa, Kombo Abedimo in the Bakassi Peninsular, has sent out her first batch of trainees.
This was during a colourful ceremony that took place at Kombo Abedimo council hall November 13th, 2014.
During the ceremony the Secondary Education Delegate for Ndian Sube Keme Stephen, used the occasion to called on the over 15 graduating students to be good Ambassadors of the schools so that those out there who think that Bakassi is no go area are deceiving themselves.
He hailed the elements of BIR charged with providing security in the area, for having provided enabling environment for the students to carry on their training.
The Principal of the School spoke on the need for the college to have modern structures so that the number of intake will increase.
