The civil society and human right advocates, the judiciary and some non-governmental organisations in the North West Region are being drilled on ways to check and stop human trafficking.
The three-day capacity building workshop is a move intended to reduce the phenomenon of human trafficking in the Gulf of Guinea with Cameroon playing a vital role.
Discussions during the meeting are centred on how to curb the global issue with sanctions and deterrent measures on defaulters.
