How to make the action of local elected representatives facing the economic ambitions of the investors in the promotion of local employment and learning effective and up-to-date with technology.

This they intend will better, how to support effectively and efficiently the transfer of skills and employment and training resources in the southern region for the benefit of local elected representatives. All these discussions were under focus.

Jules Marcellin Ndjaga recommended participants to take this opportunity to make an assessment of the process of transfer of competencies and resources for employment, training and employability in the southern region and also, effective and efficient measures and its implementation through the strengthening of their capacities.
