The CPDM candidate for the Kumba Central constituency, Mrs Beatrice Ntuba, has pleaded with the women in Kumba to collect their voters' cards and stand behind her during the 30th September twin elections. She has been sensitising women, who form the bulk of supporters in Kumba that this is time for women to be in control as men have dominated the political scene for too long. The Parliamentary aspirant who has been preaching this message to the supporters of the party and to women in particular, also urges them to collect their voters' cards. She expressed confidence that this is her time and an opportunity for women who are vested with aptitudes to bring much needed development to Kumba.
Speaking to CAMNEWS in her residence, the calm and polite Parliamentary aspirant said she is a good manager, a dynamic and straight forward person, who always succeeds in whatever she does. She said the Central Committee invested her because they have seen her worth in the party. Without being afraid of any challenger, she said her victory is already guaranteed.
Born in 1945 in Kumba, Mrs Beatrice Ntuba, a retired teacher, was married to late Governor Wilson Ntuba. She is holder of a Bachelor's Degree in Education from the University of England. She has been the WCPDM Section President for Meme 1 A for ten years, and an alternate member of the CPDM Central Committee.
