The events took place in the night of Saturday when Eric, Gaston olivier and Tobie Alain on their way to Sanza night club (quartier Elig Essono) on the evening of October 04, did not expect that at that late hour, they could be victims of assault.
At the club, these youth refused to leave their seats for Emmanuel Ella Ella, Squadron leader. Clearly accustomed to exaggerated politeness, the Commander of the Cameroonian army went into anger at the refusal by young people.
Then follows an altercation during which he grabbed the younger (Eric), and gave him some punches. Not satisfied with this barbaric demonstration, Mr Ella Ella then took Tobie Alain, threatening him with his gun and beat him before the eyes of many fearful witnesses. According to several sources, this "Rambo of the Headquarters" is well known for his barbaric exploits.
The French, Tobie Alain of Cameroonian origin, in Cameroon for a holiday escaped with several injuries. Still reeling from the shock of such barbarism, his lawyer filed a complaint.
The services of the Embassy of France and Cameroonian organizations of the rights and freedoms of the citizen were notified of the incident.
