Christians of the Presbyterian Church in Cameroon (PCC) in Bali and Friends of the Synod Clerk, the Rev. Babila George Forchang have raised the sum of over 5.5 million FCFA destined towards the completion of the Ntaiton Church House in the Bali Presbytery.

That amount was raised during a special “Thanks Giving”, homecoming and silver jubilee anniversary of the wedding of Mr. and Mrs. Fochang that held at the Bali Fon’s Palace esplanade on Saturday, December 5, 2015.

The Right Rev. Fonki Samuel Forba, Moderator of the PCC called on the Christians in Bali to be hopeful and entrust God. He praised the spirit, enthusiasm and support shown not only by the Christians but by the entire Bali Subdivision towards Rev. Babila George, saying this shows that the Rev. Forchang is a man with a root.

The heavily attended event also marked the silver jubilee anniversary celebration of the wedding of the Forchangs.

The money raised at the event would go towards the completion of the PC Ntaiton, a mammoth structure of a thousand seated capacity and estimated to cost a staggering 92 million frs to take it to completion.
