Ghana's U-20 side will face their Cameroonian counterparts in a friendly game on Friday April 22 at the Accra Stadium.
Both countries were drawn bye in the first round of the African Youth Championship qualifiers and will use the friendly game as part of preparations for their second round opponents.
The Young Indomitable Lions are expected to be in Ghana from Tuesday April 19- 27 on a training tour.
Ghana and Cameroon will begin their quest to qualify for the Championship to be played in Zambia next year if they manage to beat their opponents in the second and third round of the qualifiers.
