Bui Strikers strive to showcase talents

In an effort to identify, expose and promote talents from the beautiful Bui Division of the North West region of Cameroon, the selection put in place by Bui Strikers after their 2014 annual competition (Bui Sport Fans competition) in Yaoundé is striving to showcase talents to clubs around the country.

Bui Strikers selection has become the talk of the town after impressing teams in a series of friendly matches across the capital city.

The selection strictly made up of sons from Bui Division have played eight (8) friendly matches, winning 3 losing 2 and recording 3 draws.

Their expedition with teams like AS Binya, AS Musango, AS Fortuna, FAP, Sahel FC and Canon of Yaoundé have put them in a comfortable position as teams presidents and coaches have all saluted their dynamism besides the technical and tactical qualities.

The President of Cosmos FC OF Bafia one of the first to witness the confrontation between the section known as BUI SPORT FC and Sahel FC of Maroua at the Omnisport Annex Stadium testified that he could believe the selection has just been in around for only about 8 months.

Their last friendly match against Canon Sportive of Yaoundé at the CNPS Stadium in Emana saw the selection triumphantly emerge as victors as goals from Freddy and Shiynyuy Marcel gave the selection a 2-0 win over Canon FC.

According to Bui Strikers managers, these friendly matches are aim at exposing and promoting football talents from the division: a division bless with footballers that can defend the colors of the national team at all levels if they are given the chance and opportunity.

The sponsors of the selection are bent at exposing the raw talents from the division that end up fishing off no way.

It should be noted that, Bui Strikers are the main sponsors of the Bui Sport Fans Competition annually held in Yaoundé with the main aim of identifying, exposing and promoting football talents from the division.

Kilum Bees of Oku were crowned champions of the seventh edition champions after beating the 2013 Champions Royal Olympic of Kikaikom in the finals.

Bui Sport Fans Competition began in 2007 with the Roving Ambassador Albert R Milla and the National Technical Director Jules F Nyongah always present.

It is hoped that at the end of these friendlies, some young boys will be selected into different professional clubs around the country.
