Cameroon U-17 paired with strong teams - Atangana

Cameroon U-17 Coach, Joseph Atangana has said Cameroon is paired with strong teams in Group B.

“We are in a group that has strong teams like Mali, South Africa and Cote d’Ivoire. These are countries with a great tradition of youth football”, he told www.cafonline.

It will be a group of well-known teams and we need preparations to go farthest as possible, he added. It should be noted that youth championship is Cameroon is not yet at the level of other countries paired with Cameroon.

However, Cameroon has competitive players who if well-nurtured can stand up to other countries.
