Choupo Moting leaves Lions' camp after suffering an injury

After last Saturday's match against the DR Congo in their 5th day of the playoffs of the AFCON 2015 in Equatorial Guinea, the Cameroonian national team is expected in Côte d'Ivoire for a match to be played on Wednesday. This will be the 6th match of the playoffs against the local Elephants.

After two workouts in the Cameroonian capital Sunday and Monday, the indomitable Lions headed on Monday night for Abidjan but Eric Maxim Choupo Moting, one of the players on the Lions team was conspicuously missing.

Team press officer, Vincent de Paul Atangana, explained that,"Choupo Moting suffered a blow in the eye during the match against Dr Congo. Therefore, he will be absent in the match against Côte d'Ivoire".
