Elections in nine of the ten leagues of the Cameroon football federation, FECAFOOT have been held except the Littoral region.

These are the new men who will control football in the nine regions that elections were held this 7th November 2014

•Adamawa: Abbo Mohamadou

•Centre: Saint Fabien Mvogo

•East Joseph Essousou

•Far north: Aboubakar Bello

•West Samuel Wembe

•North: Aboubakah Alim Konate

•North West: Christopher Atanga Kaba

•South: Jean-Jacques Noel

•South West: Charles Mbella Moki

FECAFOOT by these results, was up to the challenge notwithstanding the quarrels and disagreements.

General Assembly Members of Regional Football Leagues in most of the regions carried out the elections within a very tense atmosphere.

The quarrels surfaced when the electoral commission within the Normalisation Committee rejected six of the eighteen files presented by contenders.

In all, only in the two Anglophone Regions, (North West and South West) were there more than one list

And even in the North West region, one of the contestants John Begheni Ndeh took all members of the elective commission by surprise when he disserted few hours to the beginning of the process.

His desertion paved the way for a clear and easy victory for Christopher Atanga Kaba.

In a letter addressed to the delegates, the outgoing Regional League President criticised what he described as a violation of the law governing football and non-respect of decisions taken by the National Olympic Committee

The two very hotspots were the littoral and the centre regions.

In the centre region Luc Assamba who was in the starting block with Fabien Mvogo saw his file rejected much to the anger of his supporters who attempted to disrupt the election process.

In the Littoral Region, there was a total uproar following what many qualified, a blatant disrespect of the text.

The Senior Division Officer for Wouri, Naseri Paul Bea, instructed the Normalisation Committee representative to respect the law and postpone the election to 12 November 2014.
