On June 26, 2003, Marc Vivien Foe died at the Gerland stadium, in the match of the Confederations Cup in France.

June 26, 2003 – 26 June 2016, thirteen years ago, Marc Vivien Foe, the midfielder of the Indomitable Lions die at the semi-final of the Confederations Cup, at the 72nd minute of the match against Colombia.

Thirteen years later, compatriots of Marc Vivien Foe, still have not forgotten him who was a great man in the history of Cameroonian football.
