Lions captain and defensive midfielder who has started his job leading the team to two wins says the future of the team lies in working a strong mentality.
Speaking after the Lions humiliated the Elephants 4-1 at the Amadou Ahidjo stadium, he stressed. “There is the need to insist on the mentality which is the coach’s watch word”.
“The team is very young, we have to work and we are confident that there are better days ahead though this has to be achieved through hard work and seriousness.
It is good for everybody to look in one direction”. Mbia who plays for Seville also believes in the coaches idea of reconstruction and integration of young players.
