Samuel Eto'o Absent From Training Monday

Cameroon begin their campaign for Brazil on Wednesday in the Portuguese city of Lieiria. At 100 days of the competition, one of the five countries representing Africa is facing Portugal in a friendly match as part of the FIFA day.

The Indomitable Lions, already present in Portugal, were worked out Monday. Samuel Eto'o became conspicuous by his absence during the first session of Volker Finke. The Chelsea striker has missed training as well as Henri Bedimo, Benoit Assou-Ekotto and Landry Nguemo.

According to reports, Eto'o and others were absent because they were enjoying the good care of the Physiotherapists.

Originally scheduled at Lille, this clash will take place in the Magalhaes Pesso stadium in Leiria, in central Portugal.

The French Federation refused that this meeting be held in France the same day as the match between France and the Netherlands, to avoid any competition.
