The training held at the National from March 19 to September 14, 2012 came from experts and consultants from the Ecole nationale d'administration (ENA) France. It centred around eight modules notably institutional principles and administrative organisation, principles of administrative rights, organisation of parliamentary work, deconcentration and decentralisation, public finance, public service and the management of human resources, deontology and the fight against corruption and rights and international organisation. Hon. "Long live cooperation between Cameroon and France" was the best phrase that could be heard from the Ambassador of France to Cameroon, Bruno Gain. The Ambassador of Chad to Cameroon, Yoossem-Kontou Noudjiamlao, was also on hand to cheer recipients from the National Assembly of Chad.
