  I am excited to learn about Cameroon’s commitment to investing in renewable energy. I hope that the investors will consider other parts of Cameroon, and not focus only in the North. The last time I visited Cameroon, electricity was being rationed in the Northern region. The common phrase around town was Low voltage- whatever that means! As a Physicist, researching renewable energy, I also hope that Cameroon will soon launch educational programs in the energy field to prepare the next generation who are informed about Global warming and the urgency of their contributing to solving the problem.
