  To effectively combat terrorism in both Nigeria and Cameroon, thew Northern populations of both countries must see themselves as integral parts of their respective countries. There are very powerful traditional rulers in these regions whose authority could flush these hoodlums out of the open to be confronted by the military. But the agenda of the Boko Haram is subtly appealing to these power baroons.We have to adhere and respect national statutes to be able to have good governance.
