  Often times, children of the rich lack the know-how to run their late parent's estates. The spouse of the deceases should be first in line to steady the ship until the will is read before a probate court. Only then, can each party assume control over what is theirs. But in Cameroon, any one with a big punch and a lot of money to bribe authorities has it all in their pockets.
