We should not may be compare ourselve with others, but at least let us be serious when we engage ourselves in projects. Let not be selfish, let us think of global interest before our personal one. It is not easy but we can do it. When will we learn ?
  
  The second think is encouraging the transparency and the up-to-date information system of the MINEPAT. Many informations on the internet from various offices, companies, ministries... Many are so old and not updated. Let encourage others. That will also contribute to investment in our country. Let us use technology. We have it.
