  This is a frank and honest appraisal by the delegate.The NW region has always done well in the past. Now are were seeing a sea change. Teachers MUST NOT TEACH CHILDREN TO CHEAT.
  If the GCE results are horrible, they reflect in part the what goes on in primary and secondary school.
  GET UP FROM YOUR SLUMBER TEACHERS AND INSPECTORS.Our children do not deserve this.
