  IT is indeed very disturbing to learn that the majority of graduates from the Higher Teacher Training School in Bambili are so- called francophones not so-called anglophones. How are those majority graduates expected to teach the anglophone children in English when the teachers do not have a mastery of the English language? Teach the children in pigin english or in french or camfranglais? It makes no common sense to anybody with a sense of fairness. Then what about the graduates in the corresponding schools located in the french part of the country? Are those graduates majority anglophones or majority francophones? If the answer is the latter then much is desired of the setup.
