  God, is this elementary journalism? What is causing these deaths? Do you really expect anyone to read and understand what you are rambling about?
  
  The statement signed by the Director of the school group, inform(s) all parents and students that classes has (have) been suspended effective October 17, 2014, to pay tribute to the three students who died the day before (as a result of) a serious accident.
  I tried correcting the above lengthy sentence.
