  It is a good thing to see change. People should not be paid by individuals to perform their normal governmental duties. A government employee works for the citizens and get paid. I applaud the new Minister in his efforts to erase the cancer that have eaten the hearts of our public servants for years. I suggest that all government employees take a lesson in ethics every year. Those who do not comply should be punished accordingly.
