  The problem is not always violation of the law but measures taken when the law has being violated this is gross violation of human rights considering the fact that life is astake with the continuous destruction of the forest for personal interest. if serious sanctions are meted on these companies i think others will think twice or follow procedure before getting into such areas. come to think of it thesame people who advocate for preservation of forest after destroying theirs are now gradually entering into africas own forest who is now going to preserve the heat is already too much.
