  These telecom Giants have been getting away with lots of consumer abuse, I have been illiterate by the MTN body and I had nothing to do due to lack of finances to get a lawyer, I still have in my possession, recorded calls with their customers service acknowledging their technical difficulties which lead to my company forfeiting profits from a business deal we lost,
  I am in support of this action and if there is anyway my case could help put this company to book I will be glad to help
