  Cameroon in the spotlight again.This is uncalled for in a world where people have the right to express themselves.I think if Paul Biya harbours any hopes of a lasting legacy, he should stop the police from arresting people over minor issues.I wonder why people should be arrested for demanding basic necessities like water and electricity.Cameroon is one of the few African countries where democratic principles are still not being implemented . It's hightime Cameroonians are allowed to express themselves freely without fear or favour.As long as criticism is contructive, it uplifts our society and helps built a vibrant society but when a leader uses brute force to pass a message, the subjects live in fear and it is a recipe for disaster.
