In the context of ingrained corruption with Cameroon's gouvernement officials, why would a private bank account necessarilly never be safer for any money than a State account ? You are blaming a fictitious situation the figment of your own imagination not a fact. That is the very principle of Orwell's thoughtcrime. My memory may bé failing me but I never heard you apply even a travesty of your current logic when Maurice Kamto was accused of embezzling COVID money some yrars ago.
