  The Cameroon team needs to find a way to play in or join some kind of West African league where they play every month. Playing three of four times a year will never allow them to build cohesion. Cameroon also needs to Fund a team as though playing on it is a good full time job for the players...
  It also needs to create and fund a AAA sub-league like exists in major league baseball in the U.S. Then the
  best players from the sub-league could rotate up to the National team.
  If they just assemble "players" every so often...they will never amount to more than what you see now.
