  the government have to bring a good sport politic.meaning that they have to prepare athletes atleast 3 years before the begining of tthe games that is by giving scholarships and many others to thier athletes to be ready at the different games.the commonwealth games is nothing as you have noticed.athletes are always between the10th it means with a little support added of what athletes are doing it will bring us at the top of commonwealth countries even in olympics
