Audio:'Immigrant Magazine' gives voice to a range of communes

When Pamela Anchang moved to the United States from Cameroon, she felt that there was a void in the media — she couldn’t see herself represented in there.

Magazines or newspapers that targeted specific immigrant groups weren’t read outside of those small communities. So she founded Immigrant Magazine to bridge the gap this gap for those different communities with stories from a wide range of perspectives.
