Theodore Koum Njoh has been involved in several community and philanthropic projects in Toronto, Germany and Cameroon.

As the first Cameroonian to contest parliamentary elections in Canada, he has consistently maintained contacts with a great number of community groups, non-profit organizations and other professionals.

Theodore Koum Njoh recently launched a book titled Good Governance and Responsibility. The author noted that the book is intended to serve as a guide for both community organizations and their stakeholders.

Speaking to Cameroon Concord Koum Njoh hinted some of the things that inspired him to write the book were inter alia his involvement in community organizations and the disorganized manner in which some Cameroonian organizations operate.

He noted that since these organizations often end up in unhealthy rivalry, bitterness and division, his book may serve as a guide for the formation of structures that can effectively enforce transparency, accountability, good governance and responsibility, thereby creating an atmosphere of unity and trust within them. Hundreds of copies were sold during the book launch.

The book is available online and in all Canadian libraries.
