2. EAT MORE FISH

Fish is a good source of protein and eating fish would definitely help promote a wrinkle free skin. Salmon fish is especially a good source of essential fatty acid, omega-3 which helps nourish the skin and helps for a more youthful and wrinkle-free skin.

3. AVOID EXPOSURE TO SUN

Research has found that the sun is a major cause of wrinkling of the skin; studies have even suggested that exposure to the sun plays a bigger role than hereditary as regards having a wrinkly face.

4. QUIT SMOKING

Research has gone on to find that smoking has a detrimental effect on the skin. Cigarette smoking is suggested to release some enzymes which break down some important components of the skin such as collagen and elastin.

5. SUN GLASSES

Sun glasses would help a lot as it would reduce your exposure to the sun. This would help cushion the effects of the sun on the skin and help prevent wrinkles too.

6. GET ENOUGH SLEEP

Lack of sleep would lead to stress and this can have an adverse effect on your skin. When your body lacks sleep, it could release excess cortisol, a hormone that breaks down skin cells. Adequate sleep can help promote hormones which would lead to a better skin.

7. DON’T STRAIN YOUR EYES

If you can’t see properly use your glasses as straining your eyes would overwork the facial muscles which can lead to those wrinkly lines on the face. Avoid anything that would make you overwork your facial muscles.

8. DRINK ADEQUATE WATER

When your water intake does not equal your output, it can lead to dehydration which wouldn’t help the skin. A mother of two, Sarah Smith recently took an experiment for the Daily Mail and discovered that drinking lots of water helped improve her skin after a month.

While some researchers might dispute that it probably wasn’t just the effect of water, some has gone on to support the claims that water can help transform looks. Water helps hydrate the body and a lack of it would lead to dehydration; when your body is subject to such stress, a wrinkly face wouldn’t be far off.
