Blick Bassy flaunts Bamileke chiefdom in new album

Paris-based musician Blick Bassy is ready to release his third album entitled AKØ with a special traditional touch that emanates from his roots.

Originally from the Bassa tribe, Blick pays a special homage to the chiefdom of the Bamilékés of the Western region of Cameroon through the portrayal of thatched hut houses commonly seen around the palaces.
