The ArtCity Short film festival (ACSFF) was created in 2014 and it celebrates the art of film making by setting the stage for independent filmmakers from Cameroon especially, to showcase their film talent to the world and be discovered.

It is important to note that Short Films will be selected from Filmmakers around the world too... not only from Cameroon.

ACSFF promises to be an annual event and a filmmaker’s dream, and anticipating over 200+ short film submissions from around the globe.

ArtCity Short Film Festival aims to rapidly become a well-known venue for writers, producers, and actors to screen a variety of independent short films, while also providing workshops with industry professionals for budding filmmakers and film enthusiasts alike.

ArtCity Short Film Festival is an initiative of the Core Unit Group (a synergy of 7 production

entities).

The festival aims to promote culture and diversity via short films on a worldwide scale and showcase the works of filmmakers that deserve exposure and visibility.

This new-concept platform is an opportunity for local film professionals to expose themselves and it also offers the largest possible artistic choice to local audiences in particular and the world in general.

By initiating this new and important film reality platform, the CoreUnit Group offers an innovative way of linking the new millennium media to the already established film festival tradition.

This year edition is scheduled for the 4th to 8th of October 2016.
