General Ama Pierrot presented his new album “Ethique” July 31 in a breathtaking evening, also organised to celebrate 50 years of age, 33 years of musical career, and also his Medal of Knight of the order.
The album contains twelve titles well molded and worked in Cameroon, but recorded at studios in Paris, offering impeccable sound quality of pure bikutsi in addition to zouk. Very spiritual in his approach and advocating values, General Ama Pierrot sounded an alarm, having made the sad observation on current realities.
“This album is somehow an alarm bell in a country where ethics and morality have screwed the camp", he explained. The artist adds: "time is short, and we have to act fast. Action must be taken.”
For a release of this magnitude, General held offers a gift to his fans by bringing on stages Lady Ponce, X-Maleya, Sergeo Polo, Govinal Ndzinga Essomba, Dynastie Le Tigre, Mbarga Soukouss, Lysette Onambélé, Le Déchireur, and Moustik Charismatique.
